Lukasz Fabianski announces retirement at 41
Veteran Polish goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski has officially announced his retirement from professional football.

Lukasz Fabianski has officially confirmed his retirement from professional football at the age of 41. The Polish goalkeeper announced his decision via a post on his Instagram account.
His final club was West Ham, where his contract expired this summer. During his last season with the Hammers, he made a single competitive appearance.
Throughout his extensive career, Fabianski played for Legia Warsaw, Lech Poznan, Arsenal, and Swansea City. He amassed 516 club appearances in total, keeping 144 clean sheets while conceding 680 goals.
His trophy cabinet includes a Europa Conference League title with West Ham, an FA Cup victory with Arsenal, and a Polish league title with Legia. On the international stage, he earned 57 caps for Poland, recording 24 clean sheets.
