In the fourth round of the Champions League league phase, PSG secured an emphatic 6:0 victory away to Villarreal. This result allowed Luis Enrique's team to reach significant milestones.
With this win, the Parisian club has set a new record by remaining unbeaten for 14 consecutive Champions League matches. The last time the club lost in the top European competition was back in January, when they were defeated by Sporting (1:2).
Beyond the unbeaten streak, the Parisians also set a competition record for the fastest four goals scored in a Champions League game. It took the team just 16 minutes and two seconds to find the net four times.
