Tyrell Malacia joins FC Cincinnati

Former Manchester United left-back Tyrell Malacia has confirmed his move to the MLS, joining FC Cincinnati on a free transfer. The 27-year-old Netherlands international left Old Trafford at the conclusion of last season.

Malacia has signed a deal running until next June, which includes an option to extend his stay through the 2027-28 season. During his time in England, where he arrived from Feyenoord in 2022, the defender made 50 appearances despite dealing with injury setbacks.
