The summer transfer window reaches its final day, with Premier League clubs racing to complete business before the 11pm BST deadline. Several high-profile sagas remain unresolved as we head into the final hours of trading.
Manchester City have shifted their full attention to Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez after withdrawing their interest in Cody Gakpo. While Chelsea previously set a £120m deadline for an offer, head coach Xabi Alonso has maintained that the club is preparing for all scenarios, keeping the door open for a late move.
Mykhailo Mudryk is also attracting late interest. After 18 months sidelined by a doping suspension, the winger is available and Tottenham have agreed to an initial loan deal, with personal terms currently being finalized.
