Internal friction is mounting at Real Madrid due to concerns over Jose Mourinho's coaching philosophy. According to reports from The Touchline, some players are dissatisfied with the manager's heavy reliance on individual brilliance, arguing that the team lacks a cohesive and systematic tactical model.
The atmosphere within the dressing room is becoming increasingly tense as the squad lacks a unified vision on how the team should approach matches to secure results. The current situation stands in stark contrast to the tenure of Mourinho's predecessor, Xabi Alonso.
While the Spanish coach was previously criticized for implementing overly complex tactical demands, the current manager is now facing the opposite critique regarding a perceived lack of depth in the team's tactical preparation.
Mourinho took charge of the club this summer and is under contract until June 2029. The ongoing uncertainty regarding the team's tactical direction remains a point of concern for the club's future performance.
