The Netherlands national team held their final training session on Friday ahead of their crucial second-round Group F clash against Sweden. The match is scheduled for Saturday at NRG Stadium in Houston.
Head coach Ronald Koeman will be without midfielder Quinten Timber for the fixture. The player was ruled out by the medical staff after suffering a concussion during training on Thursday.
According to Dutch media reports, the team is expected to maintain the same starting formation that drew 2-2 with Japan in their opening game. This suggests that forward Memphis Depay is likely to start on the bench once again.
