Jersey Bulls Women have suffered their first-ever league defeat in the club's history, losing 3-0 away to Sutton United Under-23s. The islanders are currently competing in the Surrey Premier Division of the South East Counties Women's Football League following their promotion last season.

The side previously boasted a perfect record, having won every single game during their dominant campaign in Surrey Division One last term, marking their debut in the English football pyramid. However, the step up in division has proven testing, with this result marking their second consecutive loss following an exit from the FA Cup last week.

After a scoreless first half, the hosts broke the deadlock within three minutes of the restart as Rachel Marlow flicked home a free kick. Neriyah Anderson-Bailey doubled the lead shortly after with a strike from the edge of the box following a corner, before Maya Anderson added a third to secure the win.
