Genoa complete signing of Djibril Sow
Djibril Sow has officially joined Genoa following his spell at Sevilla. The Swiss midfielder signed a multi-year deal with the Italian club.

Italian side Genoa have officially confirmed the signing of Swiss midfielder Djibril Sow. Born on February 6, 1997, Sow successfully completed his medical examinations and signed a multi-year contract with the club.
Sow brings significant international experience, having earned 56 caps for the Switzerland national team. He has represented his country at two World Cups and one European Championship. At the club level, he won the 2021/22 Europa League with Eintracht Frankfurt and lifted the Swiss league title twice with Young Boys in 2017/18 and 2018/19.
Throughout his career, the player has represented Borussia M’gladbach, Young Boys, Eintracht Frankfurt, and Sevilla. Across his professional career, including domestic and European competitions, he has accumulated 421 appearances, 30 goals, and 39 assists.
Most recently, Sow competed in La Liga, where he made 87 appearances and scored 8 goals for Sevilla since 2023.
