Chelsea complete agreement for Danny Welbeck

Chelsea have reached a full agreement to sign English striker Danny Welbeck. The former Manchester United star, who has been playing for Brighton, joins Xabi Alonso's side as part of a strategic push to add proven Premier League experience to the squad.
