Prague-based club Bohemians 1905 is launching a unique project by recruiting supporters to form a new C team. The club intends to enter this fan-run side into the ninth tier of the Czech football league system starting next season.

According to the club, the primary objective of the initiative is not to chase promotion or top-tier success, but to offer the fanbase the chance to experience the joy of football and the pride of wearing the club’s iconic kangaroo emblem. Fans interested in participating have been encouraged to contact the club via email.

The bond between Bohemians and their supporters is deep, rooted in the club's survival following bankruptcy in 2005. Thanks to successful fundraising efforts by fans, the team was saved and has been a fixture in the Czech top flight since 2013. The club, whose honorary president is former Czechoslovakia midfielder Antonin Panenka, is currently also crowdfunding for the 350 million Czech Koruna renovation of their historic Dolicek stadium.
