Chelsea central defender Trevoh Chalobah has emerged as the primary summer target for Italian club Como. The Italian side has made significant progress in negotiations and is now close to finalizing the deal.
Reports indicate that the 27-year-old has already agreed to personal terms on a contract running until 2031, with a salary of 3.5 million euros per season. The two clubs are expected to finalize the transfer fee at 25 million euros, with an additional 5 million euros in potential bonuses.
Como shifted their focus to the English defender following their failed attempt to sign Davinson Sánchez from Turkish side Galatasaray.
