Al Nassr secured a solid victory in their latest outing, with Cristiano Ronaldo playing a pivotal role. The Portuguese star put his side 2-0 up following an assist from Joao Felix, though the goal has sparked some debate, as it may be officially credited as a Girotto own goal.
Beyond that contested strike, Al Hamdan and Angelo also found the back of the net for Al Nassr. For the opposition, Al Faysaly, it was Bongonda who provided their solitary response.
This season has been productive for the five-time Ballon d'Or winner. Ronaldo has now tallied six goals for his club across all competitions, including five in the Saudi Pro League and one in the Asian Champions League.
