Real Madrid has no plans to enter the transfer market when the winter window opens in two months. Despite ongoing speculation regarding the need for reinforcements, particularly in midfield, both the club's leadership and the coaching staff are convinced that the current squad is fully capable of driving the team to success this season.
At Valdebebas, there is no intention to make incoming moves, even in the face of potential injury concerns. The club's recent history shows a reluctance to sign players in January. Rare exceptions over the last decade, such as Emmanuel Adebayor in 2011, Diego Lopez in 2013, and Brahim Diaz in 2019, were driven by specific circumstances rather than general squad overhaul.
Regarding the potential return of players currently on loan, such as Jacobo Ramon or Nico Paz, the club has yet to make any definitive decisions. Leadership plans to wait until the spring to evaluate the players' form and development. They believe that mid-season is not the right time to make long-term commitments, as a player's physical and mental state can change significantly.
Jose Mourinho retains the club's full backing, and the team's performance, notably in the recent match against Barcelona, has reinforced the decision to stick with the current group. Significant roster changes are not expected until the summer.
