RC Lens president Joseph Oughourlian announces two new minority shareholders
RC Lens president and owner Joseph Oughourlian has officially confirmed the arrival of two new minority shareholders to the club's capital structure.

RC Lens president and owner Joseph Oughourlian has officially confirmed a shift in the club's ownership structure. During a press conference at the Bollaert-Delelis stadium, he introduced two new minority shareholders who have joined the club's capital.
Entrepreneur Equity Partners, an investment firm specializing in sports infrastructure, has acquired a 13.93% stake in the club. Additionally, Jean-Paul Lempereur, founder of Groupe Lempereur and a long-time partner of the club, has joined as a private investor with a 2.79% stake.
Joseph Oughourlian remains the majority shareholder, holding 69.10% of the club's capital. Side Invest and Seko Fofana remain part of the ownership group with shares of 13.56% and 0.62% respectively.
The club also announced updates to its board of directors. Pierre Dréossi is stepping down, while Antoine Grolin has been appointed to the board. Tim Leiweke will represent Entrepreneur Equity Partners in the club's governance.
