Veres Rivne defender Kai Cipot shared his thoughts following his team's disappointing 1-3 defeat against Chornomorets in the Ukrainian Premier League.
The Slovenian defender emphasized the need for an honest conversation within the squad.
It is very unpleasant to concede these three goals, and we need to talk in the dressing room now, to look each other in the eye. We need to analyze and talk through what happened with these goals. Kai Cipot
Cipot also focused on supporting his goalkeeper after the difficult match.
Horokh is a great goalkeeper, he has had a great season. We must support him, but we also need to ensure that there are no such easy goals in the future. Kai Cipot
The defender concluded that the team must show character to overcome this challenging period and move forward.
