Wydad officially terminates Hakim Ziyech's contract
Moroccan club Wydad has officially parted ways with Hakim Ziyech following a mutual agreement to terminate his contract.

Wydad Casablanca has officially confirmed the end of their association with Hakim Ziyech. In an official statement, the club announced that both parties reached an agreement to terminate the player's contract by mutual consent.
Reflecting on the brief spell, the club shared: "Sometimes, some stories are shorter than we had hoped, but they leave a mark that cannot be erased." The club expressed gratitude for Ziyech's professionalism and noted that his time wearing the team's shirt would remain a special part of their history.
Former Wydad president Hicham Aït Menna, who was instrumental in bringing Ziyech to the club, also sent a farewell message via social media, stating: "You arrived as a star, and you leave as a star. Thank you for your loyalty, your professionalism and your commitment to Wydad until the end."
Ziyech is currently a free agent with his future still undecided. Reports indicate that several international clubs are monitoring his situation, with Brazil's Botafogo and Libya's Al-Ittihad currently linked as potential destinations during this transfer window.
