Vitaliy Ponomaryov: LNZ performance against Livyi Bereh was very poor

LNZ head coach Vitaliy Ponomaryov has expressed deep dissatisfaction with his team's performance in their UPL match against Livyi Bereh, which ended in a 0-0 draw.

The result is negative, but it is not the draw itself that is negative, but the performance of our team today – both the coaching staff and the players. We will analyze and draw conclusions, because you can lose, but you cannot enter the pitch without dedication or drive. Vitaliy Ponomaryov

Ponomaryov highlighted that his squad lost the majority of duels against their opponents, which he identified as the primary reason for their poor display. The manager also addressed the difficulty in establishing a consistent starting XI, noting that increased squad competition has led to constant changes, unlike the more stable setup from the previous season.

According to the coach, the team needs time for a calm analysis, as their recent training sessions and previous performances suggested a higher level of football than what was shown on the pitch against Livyi Bereh.
