Tottenham beat Chelsea 2-1 in Sydney despite red card
Richarlison's stoppage-time winner secured a 2-1 victory for Tottenham over London rivals Chelsea in Sydney, even after Kevin Danso's second-half red card.

Tottenham Hotspur claimed a 2-1 victory over Chelsea in the Sydney Super Cup. The winning goal came in stoppage time through Richarlison, who tapped home after a shot from Jamie Donley hit the post.
Tottenham took the lead in the first half when summer signing Sandro Tonali scored with an effort from outside the box that took a heavy deflection off Levi Colwill. Chelsea responded four minutes later as Estevao headed home at the far post to level the score.
The match turned in the second half when Spurs defender Kevin Danso, who had replaced Jan Paul van Hecke at half-time, was sent off. The Austrian was shown a straight red card for denying a clear goalscoring opportunity after bringing down Joao Pedro.
Despite the numerical disadvantage, Roberto De Zerbi’s side remained disciplined and threatened on the counter-attack before Richarlison eventually secured the win. The match provided significant minutes for key players as both sides continue their preparations for the upcoming Premier League campaign.
