Spanish players Pablo Sarabia and David García have been named in the Qatar Stars League Team of the Month for October following their standout performances in the competition.
Pablo Sarabia, formerly of Sevilla and Real Madrid, has been in excellent form, netting five goals in just four matches throughout October and bringing his total tally for the season to six. His clinical finishing has been a major asset for his club.
Meanwhile, defender David García has been instrumental for Al Rayyan, the breakout team of the season. His defensive contributions have been vital, with the team conceding only one goal in their last four league fixtures. Al Rayyan currently sits level on 18 points with Al Duhail and defending champions Al Sadd.
Other monthly honors went to Al-Wakrah's Amin Zouhzouh, named Player of the Month, and Al-Duhail coach Djamel Belmadi, who received the Manager of the Month award after guiding his team to four consecutive victories.
