Minteh's representatives working on Liverpool transfer before deadline
Representatives for Brighton winger Yankuba Minteh are working to secure a move to Liverpool before the transfer window closes.

Representatives of Brighton winger Yankuba Minteh are continuing their efforts to facilitate a move to Liverpool on the final day of the summer transfer window, according to journalist Ben Jacobs.
Liverpool have maintained interest in the 22-year-old winger throughout the summer. The club previously saw a 60 million pound bid rejected for the player. Brighton currently values the winger at 80 million pounds.
As of now, there is no agreement between the two clubs. Despite the gap in valuation, Minteh's representatives remain hopeful that a transfer can be completed before the deadline.
Liverpool's interest persists even though Cody Gakpo is expected to remain with the team. The club also considered Ismaila Sarr from Crystal Palace, though no agreement was reached in those discussions either.
