Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mac Allister could be heading for a potential move in the near future. The Merseyside club has yet to initiate discussions regarding a contract extension for the Argentine international, with his current deal set to expire in 18 months.
Atletico Madrid are reportedly looking to capitalize on this uncertainty. The Spanish side is monitoring developments closely, gauging the situation surrounding the player’s future at Anfield. Previously, Manchester City were also credited with an interest in the midfielder.
The lack of progress in negotiations with Liverpool is expected to draw further attention from other major clubs. Mac Allister has been a regular presence for Liverpool since his arrival from Brighton in 2023.
