Starting lineups have been confirmed for the Ukrainian Premier League match between Karpaty Lviv and Shakhtar Donetsk.

Karpaty Lviv and Shakhtar Donetsk meet at the Ukraina Stadium for the fifth round of the Ukrainian Premier League.
Following a 2-0 defeat to Polissya, Shakhtar coach Arda Turan has rotated his defense, giving a starting spot to Oleksandr Karavaev alongside Matviyenko. Nazarina will anchor the midfield, while the attacking trio consists of Alisson, Meirelles, and Neverton.
Karpaty manager Francisco Fernandez has made adjustments in defense following their 1-1 draw against Livyi Bereh, handing starts to Pedroso and Lyakh.
