18-year-old Bayer Leverkusen forward Kerim Alajbegovic has emerged as a key target for European clubs following his impressive showing at the 2026 World Cup. The striker, who scored against Qatar during the tournament, has seen his stock rise significantly.
Juventus and Fiorentina have reportedly made inquiries regarding the player's availability. In response, Bayer Leverkusen has set an asking price of 30 million euros plus bonuses. This valuation has effectively ended the interest of Atalanta, who had been heavily involved in negotiations earlier but stepped back due to the cost.
Alajbegovic recorded 13 goals and four assists in 44 appearances last season. His rapid development is evident, given that the German club secured his transfer from RB Salzburg for just 8 million euros not long ago.
