Justin Bieber to join Madonna, Shakira and BTS for World Cup final halftime show

FIFA has officially announced Justin Bieber as the final co-headliner for the 2026 World Cup final halftime show. The performance, marking a first in the tournament's history, will take place during the break of the showpiece game on July 19 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

Bieber joins a star-studded lineup that already includes Madonna, Shakira, and BTS. The event, curated by Chris Martin, will also feature Burna Boy, Venezuelan conductor Gustavo Dudamel, the PS22 Chorus, and Coldplay. Additionally, characters from Sesame Street and The Muppets are set to participate.

Like the Super Bowl halftime shows, the performers are not being paid, recognizing the immense exposure provided by the event.
