Universitatea Cluj goalkeeper Stefan Lefter has shared his thoughts ahead of the decisive Europa League qualification match against Dynamo Kyiv. The Romanian goalkeeper noted that the team's primary focus is recovering quickly following their recent Romanian Super Cup match.

Lefter openly assessed the matchup, labeling the Ukrainian club as the clear favorite. He emphasized that Dynamo possesses significantly greater resources and potential compared to clubs in the Romanian league, even accounting for the team's recent evolution.

Despite being the underdog, the Romanian keeper remains optimistic. He added that football always leaves room for surprises, and advancing to the next round would be a landmark moment for his club. The return leg is scheduled for Thursday, July 16, at 20:30, following a 0:0 draw in the first match.
