Turkish vendor promises 500kg of watermelon if Salah joins Besiktas
A local fruit vendor has pledged to give away 500 kilograms of watermelon for free if Mohamed Salah completes his move to Besiktas.

Reports linking former Liverpool star Mohamed Salah to a move to Besiktas have reached a new level of local excitement. A Turkish fruit vendor has pledged to give away 500 kilograms of watermelon for free should the Egyptian forward officially sign with the Turkish club.
According to the Turkish network NTVSpor, the transfer is nearing a resolution. The club has reportedly reached an agreement with the player, leaving the agent's commission as the final hurdle to overcome before the deal can be finalized.
Besiktas management, led by Serdal Adali, has been conducting strategic negotiations with Salah's agent, Ramy Abbas. While Abbas initially requested a 35% commission, he has reportedly begun to lower his demands, bringing the contract closer to completion. The club is now poised to announce the signing as soon as the final financial details are settled.
