England manager Thomas Tuchel has confirmed the final addition to the senior squad's training camp in Florida ahead of the 2026 World Cup. Arsenal winger Ethan Nwaneri has been selected to join the Three Lions' sessions.

Nwaneri completes a quartet of young training players joining the main group, alongside Alex Scott, Josh King, and Rio Ngumoha. The selection represents a significant show of faith in the 19-year-old following a challenging domestic season, which saw him spend time on loan at Marseille where he struggled for consistency.

Despite the recent headline-grabbing form of his club-mate Max Dowman, who became the youngest-ever Premier League scorer at 16, Tuchel has opted for Nwaneri. The coaching staff's familiarity with Nwaneri, who was part of the England Under-21 side that claimed European Championship glory in 2025, proved decisive.

The Florida camp will conclude with two friendly matches: against New Zealand in Tampa on June 6 and Costa Rica in Orlando on June 10. These fixtures will allow the invited youngsters to demonstrate their quality to the senior staff in a competitive environment.
