Steven Gerrard slams 'soft' Liverpool and demands more aggression

Gerrard warned that while the squad is filled with technical talent, the absence of a more aggressive, "nasty" edge will ultimately prevent them from winning silverware. He emphasized that the manager must instill a more physical mindset if they want to survive the intensity of the season's key moments.
Meanwhile, Andoni Iraola expressed frustration over officiating decisions and a delay regarding substitutions. However, Gerrard largely dismissed these complaints as a distraction from the broader tactical issues. He insisted that the manager must prioritize building resilience, as opponents are now clearly targeting Liverpool's vulnerability to counter-attacks and their reluctance to engage in physical battles.
