Italian club Roma has reached an agreement to sign Wolfsburg's Konstantinos Koulierakis in a deal worth 15 million euros.
Roma are continuing their active work in the summer transfer window with a focus on strengthening their defensive unit. The Italian club is in the final stages of negotiations to sign Wolfsburg's Greek central defender, Konstantinos Koulierakis.
According to reports, the clubs have reached an agreement on the terms of the transfer. Roma will pay 15 million euros plus bonuses for the move, with Wolfsburg retaining a 10% sell-on clause. The player has already agreed to a contract that will run until 2031.
The 20-year-old defender showed significant growth during his two seasons in the Bundesliga, contributing four goals and one assist in 33 matches last season. His experience playing at a high level made him a key target for the Italian side this summer.
With all major financial and legal conditions settled, the deal is expected to be officially announced shortly.
