Rinat Akhmetov announces new signings for Shakhtar before window closes

According to Akhmetov, the club has not yet fulfilled all its transfer targets, but there are 17 days remaining to finalize new additions. The president highlighted that competition in the Ukrainian league has intensified due to the active recruitment of rival clubs, making the defense of their league title a top priority.
