Derek McInnes has reached the 100-day milestone as Rangers manager. His tenure at the club he supported as a boy has been defined by a significant squad overhaul and a rollercoaster start to the season.
The beginning of his reign was marked by frustration, as the team struggled for form and suffered an early exit from European competition after defeats to Jagellonia Bialystok and Jablonec. This meant the Ibrox club would be without European football for the first time in a decade, leading to heavy criticism from supporters.
September, however, marked a turning point. A strong winning streak, highlighted by two victories against arch-rivals Celtic, helped ease the pressure. McInnes' tactical adjustments have seen the team advance to the Premier Sports Cup semi-finals and climb the Scottish Premiership table.
