Italian club Napoli has officially announced the signing of winger Constantino Favasuli from Serie B side Catanzaro. The 22-year-old joins the Neapolitans following a productive season in Italy's second tier.
The move is structured as an initial one-year loan, for which the club paid 1 million euros. Following this period, Napoli is set to make the move permanent for a fee of 6 million euros. The player has signed a contract running until 2031, which includes an option to extend for an additional three seasons.
While Favasuli is a product of the Fiorentina youth academy, this move marks his first opportunity at top-flight level. During his development, he gained experience on loan at Ternana and Bari. Last season, he recorded two goals and nine assists across 42 appearances.
