Mykhailo Mudryk returns to football after doping case resolution
Ukrainian winger Mykhailo Mudryk is cleared to return to professional football after all doping-related restrictions were lifted.

Mykhailo Mudryk has been officially cleared to return to professional football. The review of his case regarding a potential anti-doping rule violation has been concluded, and all disciplinary restrictions previously imposed on the Ukrainian winger have been lifted.
The player had been sidelined since late 2024 following a positive test for a prohibited substance, missing the latter half of that campaign and the subsequent season while barred from all official competition. With the matter now formally resolved, he is free to resume his career without further obstacles.
The 25-year-old is expected to join the Chelsea squad in Hong Kong in the coming days, where the club is currently conducting its preseason tour. He will be able to begin training immediately and will be eligible for selection in upcoming matches.
Mudryk moved to the London club in January 2023 following a transfer from Shakhtar Donetsk. Prior to his suspension, he had made 73 official appearances for the club, recording 10 goals and 9 assists.
