Musiala collapses on pitch but leads Bayern to victory over Leipzig
Jamal Musiala fainted due to heat during a friendly match but returned to the pitch and scored the third goal against RB Leipzig.

Bayern Munich continued their pre-season preparations with a convincing 3:1 victory over RB Leipzig in a friendly match at the Allianz Arena. Vincent Kompany's team managed to secure the result despite an early injury setback for Konrad Laimer, who was replaced by Sacha Boey.
The hosts opened the scoring through Luis Diaz. After the break, RB Leipzig leveled the score thanks to a goal from Brian Gruda, but new signing Nathaniel Brown quickly restored Bayern's lead.
The most alarming incident of the evening involved Jamal Musiala. The midfielder suddenly collapsed on the pitch due to extreme heat. Fortunately, the player regained consciousness quickly and avoided serious consequences. Demonstrating his resilience, Musiala returned to the game and scored the final goal of the match.
Bayern finished the 2025/26 campaign as Bundesliga champions with 89 points, while RB Leipzig finished third with 65 points. Bayern will face Borussia Dortmund in the German Super Cup on August 22, while Leipzig begins their league campaign on August 29.
