Loïs Openda to join Lyon on loan

Juventus forward Loïs Openda is set to become a Lyon player in the near future. According to insider Fabrizio Romano, the French club has reached an agreement to loan the Belgian attacker.

The deal does not include a buyout clause. Lyon will pay a 3 million euro fee to the Turin club for the loan period.

Last season in Serie A, Openda made 24 appearances and scored one goal. It is expected that the forward will complete the necessary formalities shortly, after which the transfer will be officially announced.

This news follows Lyon's recent announcement regarding the contract extension of their captain, Corentin Tolisso.
