Kit Graham agrees permanent deal with Ipswich Women

Forward Kit Graham has signed a two-year contract with Ipswich Town Women following a successful loan spell.

Ipswich Town Women have secured the permanent signing of forward Kit Graham on a two-year contract. The 30-year-old moves to the club following a successful loan spell during the second half of last season.

During her initial time with the team, Graham made 10 appearances and scored twice, both of which were long-range efforts in a 3-0 victory over Birmingham City. Her contribution was part of a collective effort to maintain the club's status in the second tier.

The signing follows the recent appointment of Matt Pooley as assistant manager. Pooley, who previously served as lead coach for the men's under-18s academy, is expected to bring significant development expertise to the women's side. Technical director Sean Burt highlighted Pooley’s attention to detail as a key asset for the group.

This move follows the club's recent success in securing new contracts for key squad members, including captain Maria Boswell and midfielder Leah Mitchell, as they build for the upcoming campaign.
