Bayern Munich midfielder Jamal Musiala has collapsed during a match for the second time in a four-day period. The incident occurred on Tuesday, just six minutes after he came off the bench during Bayern's 4-2 friendly victory against Heidenheim.

The 23-year-old appeared dazed while receiving medical attention and was eventually assisted off the pitch. This follows a similar incident during Saturday's 3-1 friendly win over RB Leipzig in Munich.

Bayern sporting director Max Eberl confirmed the club is aware of the situation and stressed that the player is currently stable. He added that Musiala will speak publicly about the matter in the near future.

Following Saturday's collapse, high temperatures exceeding 30C were initially considered a possible factor. Musiala, who missed the first six months of last season following an ankle fracture at the 2025 Club World Cup, successfully returned to action in the second half of the campaign and featured for Germany at the 2026 World Cup.
