Italian side Fiorentina have emerged as the frontrunners in the race to sign Real Madrid winger Franco Mastantuono on loan. According to journalist Alfredo Pedullà, the Florence-based club is actively looking to bolster their attacking flanks and has already conducted a detailed analysis of the 18-year-old Argentine's game.
Real Madrid have no plans to sell the young talent, but they are open to a temporary departure. The Spanish club's priority is for the player to gain regular first-team football, as they are prepared to sanction a loan deal without a buyout clause. During the 2025/26 season, Mastantuono has made 35 appearances for the Madrid side, contributing three goals and one assist.
While several other European clubs have expressed interest in the player, who joined from River Plate last year, Fiorentina are currently in the best position to secure his signature for the remainder of the campaign.
