Calm returned to the 10th arrondissement of Paris on Friday morning following a night of chaos near Canal Saint-Martin. Despite significant damage to the terrace and furniture at the "L'Atmosphère" restaurant, the establishment resumed normal operations by 9:00 AM.

The violence erupted late Thursday night when a group of approximately 150 individuals, identified as supporters of Nice along with allies from Lille, Nancy, and Saarbrücken, confronted about 50 Parisian counterparts. The situation escalated rapidly as the groups moved through the area, throwing tables and chairs at local businesses.

Witnesses described a scene of extreme aggression, with local residents forced to shelter as the groups moved through the streets. Several pubs in the vicinity, including the "Cork and Craven," locked their doors with customers inside as a safety precaution.

French police intervened, resulting in the detention of 65 individuals, including four minors. Six people were reported injured during the confrontations, with one person currently in a serious condition.
