Brentford has secured the signing of 21-year-old Senegalese defender El Hadji Malick Diouf from West Ham for 40 million euros.

Premier League club Brentford has officially confirmed the signing of Senegalese defender El Hadji Malick Diouf. The 21-year-old moves to the Bees from West Ham.
The deal is a five-year contract with an option to extend for an additional season. The total transfer fee is 40 million euros, comprised of 35 million pounds in fixed payments and 5 million pounds in potential performance-related add-ons.
During the previous campaign, Diouf featured in 34 matches, providing five assists. This move aims to bolster Brentford's defensive options ahead of the new season.
