Former Juventus and Roma player and current UEFA vice-president Zbigniew Boniek has weighed in on the goalkeeping debate. He stated that Kamil Grabara is superior to Guglielmo Vicario, labeling the Polish international a "real goalkeeper."
Grabara, who has featured for clubs including Liverpool, Copenhagen, and Wolfsburg, has earned six caps for the Poland national team. Boniek also remarked that for Italy coach Luciano Spalletti, having access to multiple high-level goalkeepers represents a significant added value for the squad.
