Adrián Alcaráz on the verge of joining Pachuca
Paraguayan forward Adrián Alcaráz is set to join Mexican club Pachuca.

Paraguayan forward Adrián Alcaráz is one step away from joining the Mexican club Pachuca. The deal is expected to be made official shortly, allowing the former Olimpia player to link up with his new squad under the guidance of head coach Benjamín Mora.
According to reports from Paraguay, Pachuca has agreed to purchase 70% of the 26-year-old's federative rights for approximately 1.8 million dollars, with a three-year contract on the table.
Alcaráz arrives to fill the gap left by the departure of Enner Valencia and will increase competition in the final third alongside Salomón Rondón.
The forward is coming off a strong semester with Club Olimpia, where he secured the 2026 Apertura title in the Paraguayan Primera División. During that campaign, he was a consistent performer, recording 7 goals and 1 assist in 19 appearances.
Throughout his domestic career, he has represented clubs such as Libertad, Fernando de la Mora, and Guaraní, and has also earned appearances for the Paraguay national team during World Cup qualifying matches.
