Italian side AC Milan has started active work on a potential move for Arsenal forward Gabriel Jesus. According to journalist Jorge Nicola, the Rossoneri are currently the frontrunners in the race to sign the 29-year-old Brazilian.
Arsenal currently values the forward at approximately £20 million. While the Gunners are not actively pushing for his departure, AC Milan is already attempting to negotiate a lower transfer fee and continues discussions with the London club.
Other clubs, including Juventus, Everton, and Atletico Madrid, have shown interest in the player, though none have taken formal steps yet. Despite rumors of a potential return to Palmeiras, the player reportedly wishes to continue his career in Europe for the coming years.
During the previous season, Gabriel Jesus made 27 appearances for the London club across all competitions, contributing six goals and two assists.
