Lazio central defender Mario Gila is set to join AC Milan. According to Fabrizio Romano, the clubs have reached a full agreement on the transfer.
The 24-year-old Spaniard is expected to undergo a medical examination this weekend before signing a five-year contract with the Italian club. The transfer fee is set at €30 million.
The deal includes a significant windfall for Real Madrid. As Gila is a product of their youth academy, the Spanish giants retain a 50% sell-on clause, ensuring they receive half of the transfer proceeds.
