Veres captain Ihor Kharatin returns to squad for UPL clash

Veres captain Ihor Kharatin has returned to training and is expected to be available for the upcoming 30th round UPL match against Metalist 1925 on May 24.
Kharatin missed the previous match against Karpaty due to an undisclosed ailment. His availability provides a boost for Oleh Shandruk’s side, who currently sit in tenth place in the league table with 31 points.
However, Veres will be missing several other players for the encounter. Roman Honcharenko, Wesley, Denys Ndukve, and Vitaliy Boyko are all unavailable. Boyko, in particular, suffered a knee injury during the game against Karpaty and is expected to be sidelined until the end of the year.
