UEFA appoints referees for Dynamo vs Qarabag Conference League qualifiers
Match officials have been confirmed for the Dynamo Kyiv vs Qarabag third qualifying round tie in the Conference League.

The UEFA Referees Committee has announced the officiating crews for the third qualifying round of the 2026/27 UEFA Europa Conference League between Dynamo Kyiv and Qarabag.
The first leg, scheduled for August 6 at Arena Lublin in Poland, will be officiated by Danish referee Morten Krogh. He will be assisted by Steffen Bramsen and Victor Skytte, with Jakob Kehlet and Jens Maae overseeing VAR. While the 38-year-old has not previously officiated a game involving a Ukrainian club, he has experience with Ukrainian national teams, including a 2023 Euro qualifying match against Malta.
The return leg at the Tofiq Bahramov Stadium in Baku on August 13 will be handled by English referee Stuart Attwell. His assistants will be Ian Hussin and Nick Greenhalgh, with Peter Bankes and James Bell in charge of VAR. The 43-year-old official previously refereed Dynamo's match against Litex in the 2011 Europa League qualifying rounds.
