Championship side West Bromwich Albion have completed the signing of midfielder Toby Collyer from Manchester United for an undisclosed fee. The 22-year-old has committed his future to the club by signing a four-year contract.

This move marks a return to The Hawthorns for Collyer, who spent the first half of last season on loan at the club, making 12 appearances. He subsequently moved to Hull City, where he played a role in their successful promotion to the Premier League.

There were a few reasons why I was so keen to return. The size of the club is one of them. I also really enjoyed my time here on loan in the first half of last season. Another reason was the manager, James Morrison. He was really keen to have me back and that's all you want in football. Toby Collyer

During the 2024-25 season, Collyer made 13 appearances for Manchester United across all competitions, including his competitive debut against Liverpool in September 2024. He is the ninth summer arrival at West Brom, joining other new signings such as Jimmy-Jay Morgan and Conor Townsend.
