The long-standing conflict between La Liga president Javier Tebas and Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez has reached a new boiling point. The latest confrontation was sparked by a statement from the Spanish giants regarding FIFA's stance on broadcasting rights and the league's deal with the investment firm CVC.
Tebas took to social media to launch a scathing attack, mocking Pérez and targeting Real Madrid's financial advisor, Anas El Ghazi. He specifically questioned the advisor's activities in New York and linked the club's financial operations to JP Morgan, citing the bank's previous involvement in the failed European Super League project.

The league president dismissed Real Madrid's narrative surrounding the CVC deal, insisting that the agreement was entirely voluntary. He accused the club of displaying a "flagrant double standard," noting that Madrid's own modernization strategies are praised, while collective league progress is treated as a burden.
Tebas further labeled the ongoing legal disputes between the club and the league as a "pathological obsession," suggesting that Pérez's credibility to lead football's future has been shattered by the collapse of his Super League vision.
