The incident occurred at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy after the goalkeeper accidentally collided with his goalkeeping coach during routine drills.
The scene caused significant concern among the coaching staff and squad members as the player remained on the turf. Medical personnel immediately attended to the Russian shot-stopper and took him to the dressing room for an evaluation to rule out a concussion or any other injury that might prevent him from playing.
