Igor Kostyuk’s side managed to maintain their narrow lead throughout the game, effectively neutralizing Qarabag's attacking efforts. The match remained competitive until the final whistle, with the visitors struggling to break down the hosts' defensive structure.
The closing stages were particularly intense, resulting in a red card for Qarabag's Chebrails Makreckis in the 90th minute following a rough challenge.
